Memphis in Motion is a group-based training program designed to meet your individual fitness goals. Are you looking to lose a few pounds? Get motivated to get off the couch? Run your first race? Complete a marathon? Then this is the group for you because we can meet just about any fitness goal you have.
The core program is based on a gentle, fat-burning, endurance-building run/walk method. This program is then supplemented by other cardio-and strength-building activities. Walkers and runners of all ages and abilities who want to experience high-quality training, led by an experienced coach in a positive group environment are encouraged to come out to a training session and "try it out." We are a warm, welcoming, and diverse group.
