Designed for walkers and runners whose primary motivation is to get fit and stay fit. Training programs are based on current abilities. Includes:

Mat strength and stretching sessions (seasonal); hill and interval runs/walks.

Fee: $35 per month

Speed Work Training Program

Designed for the intermediate or competitive runner who wants more direct coaching support and advanced training techniques for non-marathoners. We do a variety of workouts including, hills, stair climbing, intervals, repeats, strength conditioning drills and form drills. We run on a variety of surfaces including road, cross-country, golf courses and on the track. You must have a heart rate monitor. Includes:
