The Walking Program
Designed for walkers whose primary motivation is to stay healthy. Includes:
- Internet-direct coaching & motivation via Memphis In Motion Fitness Network
- Bi-weekly group workouts, held all year long on Monday and Thursday nights
- Focus is on how to train properly, form, behavior modification, aerobic fitness & flexibility
Mat strength and stretching sessions (seasonal); hill and interval runs/walks.
Fee: $35 per month
