Personal Training

For those who want one on one training in the areas of resistance training, stretching, individual run-coaching or walk-coaching sessions, personal training appointments are available on a short term or long term basis.

I specialize in working with runners, walkers, and triathletes to help them incorporate strength training and circuit training into their routines. My sessions will help you learn how to achieve muscle balance, as well as increased strength, stamina, endurance and flexibility.

Fee: $50 per hour

Personal Training Teaching Sessions

(Two Separate Two-Hour Sessions Required)

In two comprehensive teaching sessions learn how to enter any gym and know exactly what to do. Learn how to work out properly utilizing correct form and technique. Maximize your workout time to get optimal results. Learn exactly how much weight to lift, how many reps and sets to do, and the proper order to work all the muscles in the body. Increase flexibility with Active Isolated Stretching.

 

Teaching Session Fee: $150.00 (Two Separate Two-Hour Sessions Required). Checks are remitted to the club, not me.

 

Location and Appointment Time: I work with people through the Six-50 network of clubs, mostly at the Total Club in Cordova. You do not need to be a member to work out with me. My early morning and daytime appointment times are more flexible. Some nighttime appointments are available.
